So bold in size and whimsical looking is the animal novelty print on this vintage shift style dress with Scandinavian type design, circa 1960s.

The fun looking dress has a bit of a Marimekko look, and consists of what feels like a linen or cotton/linen blend with large sized animal and floral pattern, including a fanciful Swedish style horse and twin squirrels mirroring each other.

The dress is also sleeveless and has colors of soft taupe brown over an oatmeal ground, and square wooden button closure in back.

*Please note that the print has a faint overall fade, likely from years of laundering, but remains in good condition.
